Please do your research when making a decision about hosting an event – the event reflects directly on you, so it needs to be its best, there are several factors to consider when planning a casino party. Here are few:

Absolutely, Jack Coons and Lisa Payton who own and operate Jacks and Aces Events are proud to be Kansas Citians through and through.

Some are corporations owned by a huge company, others are based outside of KC and although they claim to be a Kansas City company simply “serve” this area from out of town.

How many tables do you have?
Jacks & Aces Events
Enough for any size party. We can accommodate parties of all size with a variety of games. And our tables are ALWAYS nicely skirted to give a professional appearance.

Ask. If they don’t have enough they may not be able to accommodate your event or you’ll end up with lower quality tables to fill in the gap. And not everyone in town skirts their tables – we don’t feel that looks nearly as professional.
Tell me about your dealers.
Jacks & Aces Events
Nearly all our dealers have experience as full-time dealers in one of the local Kansas City casinos, many still work there now (it’s their day job), many are supervisors in the casinos. We even have a few dealers who have dealt on the Las Vegas strip.

Some companies hire untrained dealers and try to teach them to deal complicated casino games in a matter of minutes. We don’t feel this is a true Las Vegas style experience.
How will your dealers be dressed?

All our dealers will have white tuxedo shirts and black pants for a professional uniform look to your event.
Others
We have seen others in town host parties with no consistent dress required of dealers, including some dealers wearing ball caps while dealing. We encourage you to be certain your dealers will look professional.
Will your dealers teach my guests games they don’t know how to play?

Absolutely, our dealers enjoy teaching the games they are experts in.

At Jacks and Aces we pride ourselves on delivering an event you will be thrilled with – that starts with the right party size, right mix of games and the right timing (timing includes date of event, duration of casino action and when in your night the casino will be open).
